ROYL Property Services is a family owned & operated commercial cleaning company based in Woodbury, Minnesota & was founded in 2024 by the Rosas family.
My name is William, I want to thank you for visiting our site and reading more into our story and values.
From an early age my father has implemented a hard work & dedication standard that he still follows to this day. My greatest memories come from the days I was 10 years old and would beg my father to let me help clean some business offices he would care for.
I quickly learned I wanted to be in the front line, just like him & with him.

Thanks to this, my family and I have a very clear picture of what we want to deliver to our clients. We understand that as business owners and managers we want to provide the best for our team & environment. Our work is comprised of 4 different value's that have played a critical role in our family's lives, and now we work to deliver them to your business.
